The MRF F2000 race cars have been manufactured in India at our facility in J.A Motorsport. The cars were initially designed and developed by our technical partners Dallara,Italy. Dallara are the world’s largest racing car manufacturer.

The championship inaugurated in September 2012. The cars that run at in our championship are as quick as the European F3 series and are considered to be the fastest of its kind in Asia. We have run the championship as the support series for the F1 Indian Grand Prix for two consecutive years, the World Endurance Championship round in Bahrain from the year 2013.

Our championship consists of 4 rounds that usually take place in the Middle East. This year we enter our sixth year of the championship with rounds in top F1 circuits in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Bahrain & Chennai.

The MRF Challenge had strong drivers line-up in the last three seasons. Our previous drivers include GP2 drivers like Arthur Pic, Tio Ellinas, Jon Lancaster, Conor Daly, GP3 drivers like Ryan Cullen, Lotus F1 team test driver – Carmen Jorda, Mathias Lauda (WEC & 24 Le Mans), Former Formula 2 Champion Luciano Baccheta and British Drivers Harry Tincknell (WEC) and Rupert Svendsen-Cook.

The race car has also been crash tested to FIA F3 safety standards and will race with MRF ZLO slick and wet tyres.
